NWAK welcomed Jim Nordlund as Executive Director, from 2017 through 2022. Jim first served the organization from 1983 to 1986 as a Housing Rehabilitation Specialist, where he combined his carpentry expertise with his newly earned degree in Public Administration. Thirty years later, he returned to NWAK as Executive Director, leading a significantly expanded organization that had grown from a staff of eight during his earlier tenure to more than 60 employees.
