Stable housing. Thriving families. Strong communities.
At NeighborWorks Alaska, we believe that home is more than a place — it is the foundation for stability, opportunity, and connection. Since 1981, we have worked alongside individuals and families across Anchorage and Alaska to create real, lasting pathways to affordable housing, stable housing, and vibrant communities. From supportive housing services for individuals and families experiencing homelessness to community engagement programs that strengthen neighborhoods from the inside out, everything we do is rooted in one core belief: every Alaskan deserves a safe, quality place to call home.
As a chartered member of NeighborWorks America — one of only three in Alaska — we are held to rigorous national standards for housing quality, program accountability, and community impact. Our board, staff, and partners bring together deep expertise in affordable rental housing, supportive services, nonprofit leadership, and neighborhood revitalization, united by a shared commitment to the communities we serve.
