NeighborWorks Alaska is dedicated to providing quality, safe, and clean affordable apartment homes in convenient locations all over Anchorage. All our apartment communities are professionally managed and are located near schools, bus lines, and shopping. Supportive Housing

NeighborWorks Alaska Supportive Housing provides safe and stable housing opportunities to chronic and literally homeless individuals and families with disabilities through Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and State-funded rental assistance grants. We provide both Conventional and Intensive Housing Support (case management) to clients through various programs.

Community Building & Engagement

Community engagement is the process of bringing residents together to generate solutions and take collective actions to build stronger and more resilient communities. The goal of our Community Building & Engagement work is to empower neighborhood residents to create safer, more connected, and vibrant communities. We do this through neighborhood revitalization, leadership development, and community building.
