Become an Approved Landlord
NeighborWorks Alaska’s Supportive Housing Programs partner with private landlords to expand safe, stable housing for people transitioning out of homelessness. Participating landlords receive consistent rental support and ongoing collaboration while helping strengthen community housing stability.
We work closely with landlords to reduce risk, streamline communication, and support successful tenants.

Landlord Partnership Series
Throughout 2026 we are hosting a series for our Landlord Partnership Program focused on continued learning, networking, and supporting your important role in this work.
The Landlord Appreciation Luncheon is a quarterly engagement and recognition event designed to strengthen relationships with existing landlords and property management companies, cultivate new partnerships, and increase access to safe and affordable housing for individuals and families exiting homelessness. Through these luncheons, NeighborWorks Alaska facilitates dialogue between landlords, service providers, and community stakeholders to address barriers to tenancy, share best practices, and promote ongoing collaboration within the Anchorage housing ecosystem.
